My wife said her steak was outstanding. I got the classic filet and asked for medium. It was an odd-shaped piece of steak and would have been difficult for any chef to cook evenly. Unfortunately, mine came out somewhere between medium well and well done, with only a tiny piece of pink in the thicker part. Other than that, we had a nice time.

Everything was perfect 🥰 after we were able to valet park which took 30 minutes!!! Nick promised to make us enjoy our New Year's dinner!!!

My family of 4 all ordered the filets. My wife had the 8oz., my daughter, son and I all had the 11oz. They all loved their steaks, but mine was the toughest filet I ever had. It was the equivalent of a center round roast instead of a filet. I'm not one to send food back to the kitchen, so I suffered through it.

Phenomenal Experience. Crab Cakes, Caesar Salad, Tbone steak and Au Gratin potatoes were all great. Elder Statesman drinks were great as well!!

Our server was incredible, I cannot remember her name unfortunately. However, the food was mid & definitely not worth the price. It was great for a last minute reservation on Christmas, but it’s obvious to me why a slot was available. Also the hostess was a little dismissive, and the woman who walked us back to our table came into the lobby, where we had been waiting for 30 minutes past our reservation time, quietly said our name, and then walked back into the restaurant. We had never been there before so by the time we got to the doorway we had to kind of search to find her since she was walking so far ahead of us. But if I could teleport our server into every restaurant we go to, I would do so!

Our server, Matthew, was knowledgeable about the menu. He kept our evening at a relaxed pace, allowing us to enjoy each delicious course. Our steaks were done to perfection. The creamed spinach is amazing, as are the potatoes au gratin. We tried the white chocolate bread pudding at our server’s suggestion. It was a wonderful dessert to end our evening.

Four tables around ours including us never received our salads. We had to ask multiple times for a soft drink. The manager should have been breaking the same sweat as his workers. I never saw him lift a plate. Did he just hang them out to dry? This wasn’t any other night. This was Christmas. We go every year because we don’t have a choice. Not special in the least. At these prices, RC should care and show service at 10 times more what they did this year.
