Service was unusually slow. It took an hour to get our appetizer which was weird because they weren’t overly busy. The waitress went long periods without checking on the table. Food seemed to be sitting under a heat lamp before getting out to us as it wasn’t overly hot as it has been every other time we’ve gone. Still decent experience but just not the best we’ve been accustomed to at this location.

My Son's had the specialty drinks, Winter Manhattan, Gambler's Old Fashion, Ruth's Manhattan, My Husband had Vodka/Sprite, I had Malibu Rum/Pineapple Juice, the drinks were very well made with great taste. My Son's ordered Lamb Chops, 11 oz, Filet, with a side of Lobster Mac & Cheese. My Husband ordered the T-Bone, I ordered the 8 oz. Filet, with sides of Asparagus, and Garlic Mashed Potatoes, of course we had the fresh bread, so much food and so delicious! Steaks were perfectly cooked exactly the way we wanted them as well as the pork chops! We were all very happy with the food we ordered! The atmosphere so inviting, with being tucked away in our own private booth! Will be back!

This was our first time to go out for Christmas Eve and we were delighted by our experience at Ruth’s Chris steakhouse. We especially liked the fixed Price surf and turf for dinner. The service was excellent.

Great way to spend Christmas with my family, everyone ordered what they wanted, and our server Alice was terrific.

You could tell that it was the holiday season because the attention to detail was lacking both in service and plating of the food. The restaurant was loud with kids, screaming and running around.

Ordered our steaks medium and they came out well done. My sangria was not good at all. Sadly the service was well below what we usually get there. We visit 5 to 10 times a year. This time was below par. And it was my wife’s 60th birthday. Subpar for what is usually a perfect experience.

Fantastic restaurant staff was phenomenal. The ravioli appetizer was very good, the new shrimp app was also very good. Ordered the 16 oz ribeye it was cooked to perfection charred crust medium rare inside, every cut into the steak was excellent.
