   A la llegada la hostess fue muy agresiva y poco atenta sin opción a solicitudes con respecto a una mesa. A uno de los comensales se le cayó un vaso con agua el mesero le trajo un trapo usado pidiéndole q el lo limpiara Los cortes están solo promedio u ninguno llego en el término solicitado NO REGRESARÉ JAMÁS NO LO RECOMIENDO he estado en muchos Ruth chris Antes y después de esta experiencia no regresaré a ninguno

   Went to this location tonight for my anniversary dinner. At first our server, Chad, was very kind and accommodating. He placed rose petals on our table and was very knowledgeable about the menu and the food in general. We shared a caesar salad appetizer and then ordered a petite filet and a bone in filet and mashed potatoes to share. Once we got our food however, we quite literally did not see our server for over 50 minutes. My girlfriends steak wasn’t cooked properly and she also wanted a soda with her meal but our server was nowhere to be found. We had to ask the manager behind the bar for to-go boxes and a soda and then once our food was being boxed up, our server came by with our check. We then asked for dessert to-go and his snarky response was ‘oh I thought you guys were in a rush to leave’, all because we had to get up and ask a manager for boxes/a soda because again, server never came by for OVER 50 MINUTES. My girlfriend and I are both in the service industry so we understand the aspects of the job, but not a single person checked on us for almost an hour. We didn’t even mention the steak being cooked incorrectly because the servers comment was just so rude. We did, however, get a free dessert but that too tasted like nothing but chemicals???? Just a major let down for a place where we spent nearly $200.

    Wonderful experience. Seated early, waiter explained everything in detail, bread was included (a surprise these days), drinks were delicious, steak and filets were done to perfection, salads were exquisite, sides were scrumptious, and cheesecake melted in your mouth.
