   Just a meh experience. Bar seating is a no in the future. It was loud. Waiter was super forgetful. Forgot about four things. I guess bartender is forgetful or inexperienced. Cocktails lacked garnish TWICE. Why is crab cocktail sitting on shredded lettuce? Bad idea. Seems to be a lack of quality control. Chilled salad plates are the best. But that’s it. Again just meh

   I love Ruth's Chris. I prefer other locations due to the age of the Pikesville location. That said, Winston is an amazing server who makes me want to return.

   Our experience at Ruth’s Chris Steak House was absolutely stellar from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us with such warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a fantastic evening. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, perfect for a special evening out. Our waitress truly went above and beyond. She was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout the meal. She offered great recommendations, checked on us just the right amount, and made sure every detail was perfect. Her service elevated our entire experience. The food, of course, was outstanding, everything you expect from Ruth’s Chris and more but it was the incredible service from both the host and our waitress that made the evening unforgettable. They truly made us feel special, and I can’t wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for making our night so memorable! Kenya & Joe Tucker

   We had a wonderful experience at the Pikesville location. Our server, Winston, was excellent and very accommodating. I ordered the Petite Ribeye which was cooked to perfection, and my husband ordered the Cowboy Ribeye which was succulent. We chose the Brussel Sprouts and Lyonnaise Potatoes which were also delicious. We’ll definitely be back.

   We go to this location weekly, today was just terrible. Both hostesses were rude and unaccommodating, we would no longer be coming to Pikesville location.

    Ruth Chris provided the ultimate private Anniversary Experience. They providrd a great atmosphere and wonderful meal!
