Loved everything about this location. And to have It located in the hotel that was attached to it made it all the more convenient! Very pleased!!

It took over 40 minutes to get the staff to return to bring our tab and it wasn't very busy. It also took 20 minutes for them to process a gift card. Disappointed to say the least.

We visit this location frequently Pier 5 the baked potato was undercooked when the manger asked how was our food. We told her the potato was undercooked we had actually almost finished our meal. My husband requested the sauce on the side of his lobster and steak and it was placed on his steak anyway. Too many cords in the Caesar salad. Ughhhh my chicken was a little too crispy. Manager, Liz I believe why ask how was the food and we tell you and you make no adjustments???? This was a was a disappointment for Dinner choice should have gone to the Beaumont.

My wife and our guest had an amazing time, the food was incredible, my steak was cooked to perfection and was probably one of the best steaks I have ever eaten. Our waitress was amazing, and the staff was very accommodating with our over flow of guest.

When dining at place like Ruth Chris the service is as important as the food. Our server took our order and came back multiple times as she forgot. We had a cocktail before dinner then wine with our meal. The wine didn’t come out until I was three quarters done my steak. To top it off there were maybe 5 tables seated and a quiet bar area. I will not go back

Initially our experience was great! We had 4 staff waiting on us. But after we got our food it got very busy and we were ignored for a time. Never asked if we wanted dessert. We did get 2 last drinks but it took 30 minutes to get. They didn’t charge us for those and apologized. Food was excellent though.
