Usually when I dine in a nice restaurant. The wait staff or somebody would at least come to the table more then just to just serve food. We did not have anybody come to the table and ask how was everything and do you need anything. It just seems like in an establishment as such the service would have been much better.

Over the years we have dined at this restaurant with varying frequency. I have always been pleased with the quality of the food and service. Both my husband and son have January birthdays so per their request I booked a reservation. We have never had the opportunity/experience to sit in the upstairs dining room. Personally I was not impressed. The room was cold (admittedly it was very cold outside) and lacked the warmth and ambiance of the main dining area. Had I known in advance this would be where we sat— I would have cancelled the reservation. That being said I must commend and acknowledge the outstanding service by Dawn— she’s incredibly personable and was a terrific server— AND the food was excellent. Everyone was very pleased with their food— including myself as the lone vegetarian. This somewhat made up for the lack of ambiance but not completely. For future reservations I will request the main dining area and if this request can’t be granted we will go elsewhere.

The raspberry rosemary cosmo was fabulous. I had the stuffed chicken breasts and a side of Brussels Sprouts. They were both delicious. Tried the carrot cake and it quite possibly was the best I’ve ever had and I try the carrot cake everywhere I go!!! The service was outstanding. Our waiter Ted was very personable and gave some great recommendations!!! Overall a great experience

Food was excellent! Very nice touch of acknowledging our anniversary and referring to us as Mr & Mrs (last name). The little anniversary cake with the words “Happy Anniversary” written on the plate in chocolate was also a nice touch. Server was attentive. However, our server spoke somewhat softly & it was difficult to hear him as we were sitting in a u-shaped booth facing a table of 6 business men. It was actually hard for us to hear our own conversation due to theirs. I think the booth was intended to present as intimate but due to the 6 men in front of us, it was not. Manager did stop by, wish us Happy Anniversary and welcomed us. Overall, a great experience-it was the noise level & the fact that we were facing those gentlemen that took some of the specialness away.

My experience was HORRIBLE, I was very embarrassed. I didn’t have a good time I didn’t feel special. I didn’t like my drink. My reward points didn’t come through it was a bit embarrassing moment. I don’t think I will be coming back, my first time experience and on top of that it was my birthday I choose this place but the place didn’t choose me.

First time dining here. Not a very busy night there but we stood in the foyer for over 15 mins waiting to be seated. We did have a reservation. Once seated there were food crumbs on the table and the serving plates were dirty and had old food on them. The service was great but the food was just ok. Not much seasoning or flavor to the entrees. The salads were saturated with dressing. Definitely fell short for the $100+ per person that was spent. Hopefully this was just an off night

Ruth's Chris let me down tonight for the first time. I have always claimed that Ruth's Chris is my very favorite filet of all the steakhouses. But tonight it was not the usual tender, melt in your mouth filet. Maybe because it was a Monday night, they brought out the lesser quality, but it was my birthday and I expected the best. The 11 oz filet was dry, tough and even worse on the edges. I ordered this medium rare so no excuse for crispy edges. The chop salad and au gratin potatoes were good but the steak is supposed to be the main event. Then was told a birthday drink could be subbed for a birthday dessert but when the bill came was told they could not change it and sent home with a dessert I really did not want. Will not spend this kind of money again for a mediocre steak. Too bad, was always my go-to.

Waitress was rude. No recommendations. 2 of us ordered same thing at different temperatures. When they brought it out I asked if the one they gave me was cooked medium well, food runner said absolutely. He was wrong. I really didn’t eat my food. Waitress never checked on us nor asked if everything was cooked correctly. This place is way too expensive for undercooked steaks. I come here a lot and lately it’s been mediocre at best but this time it was not acceptable.
