Ruth's Chris Steak House - Mississauga cuenta con una cómoda ubicación en City Centre, frente al emblemático Square One Shopping Centre. Aquí podrá disfrutar de una gama de platillos principales, desde los mejores filetes de primera calidad USDA, hasta los más frescos mariscos y aves de corral, creativas guarniciones, postres inolvidables y una galardonada carta de vinos . En Ruth's Chris sus filetes son cuidadosamente seleccionados de entre la mejor carne de primera calidad USDA disponible, la cual es añejada a la perfección y cortada a mano en el restaurante. Posteriormente el filete se asa a la parrilla al gusto del comensal a una temperatura de 980°C para fijar el sabor y los jugos naturales de la carne de res alimentada con maíz.     The steaks were good flavor but cooked unevenly. A heavy grey line and red middle vs a nice evenly cooked medium through. Perhaps that is the signature style high heat sear but I prefer steaks turned more often to avoid the heavy grey area. A medium rare should be medium rare throughout, not by averaging the well done outer and rare inner portions. Table service was good, super friendly and helpful waitstaff, but for a $200/plate meal I would expect unused wine glasses to be bussed and consider fresh flatware between courses. Save some $$, go to the Keg next door.

    Service here was great/ steak was sizzling but baked potato was cold / steak didn’t have the flavour we used to always have at this restaurant at its old location. The salad was just a salad. If spending over $500. For 3 people with no dessert/ I expect an extraordinary salad if not meal.

    The steak was good. A little underseasoned but cooked nicely. Ive had better for cheaper. The cocktail was alright, a bit watered down for $25. Potatoes were gritty and dry. The decor made it feel like a cheesy sports bar. Dirty washrooms. Great wait staff though! Probably won't go back as it just was not worth the price..
