    The wonderful staff made sure we enjoyed a very memorable and lovely 53rd anniversary. The dinner was as delicious and well prepared as always. We wholeheartedly recommend Ruth’s Chris for a special night out!

    Ruth's Chris' level of service is unmatched in Greensboro. Green Valley Grill cannot compare anymore. Every dish is delicious, if its not, they take it personal and will exceed expectations to make it right. This is my go to for a sure thing. Ask for Debbie, she's the Best.

    Everything we ordered was delicious ! The steaks , sweet potato casserole, lamb chops and dessert . I'm getting hungry just remembering the meal. Our waitress was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure all was perfect for us. This place is a MUST DO !!!!!!!!

    Our server was great and so was the food! Takes a while if you have a larger group, which was fine for us just worth mentioning.

    Another great evening, great food. Joey and his staff were wonderful to Us. Paul was celebrating his 65th birthday and everything was Great.

    I was disappointed with our time at Ruth’s Chris. I have been there several times over the years & had wonderful experiences. Our waiter was extremely friendly but kept forgetting requests & got our steak orders confused. I ordered medium rare & another ordered medium & I got medium & they received medium rare. Also, I had to find someone to help me with my steak. I had to send my steak back. No one came by our table to check on things with our meal until I had sent my steak back. I also had a very dirty knife that I had to ask to be exchanged. My  potatoes au gratin were cold in the center of the dish only the edges were hot. I chose not to send that back because I felt like we had already had so many problems.  They did cook another steak for me, but did not adjust our meal price. I didn’t expect much, but there have been enough things that went wrong, but I felt like they should have done something to acknowledge our experience. Overall, I was disappointed and will not be back. I hate that because I have always loved Ruth’s Chris.

    Anniversary night for my wife and I! Service was excellent and the staff was great! Did have to order a second steak for my wife due to the 1st one being overcooked. Great cook on second one and mine was superb!

    Very nice restaurant. I would have preferred drinks refilled without us having to ask but everything was very nice and food tasted great.
