    Terrible, worst birthday celebration I ever had at Ruth Chris! Thought I was in MacDonalds until bill came. Will discontinue traditional birthday celebration after many years of celebrations ☹️

    Have been to many Ruth Chris Steakhouses. We usually love it. Service was poor. Shoestring fries were cold. Very disappointed with overall experience at this steakhouse. My daughter has celiac. Asked that we have a Cesar salad without croutons. Had to reiterate to waitress bc when reviewing our order the waitress didn’t say no croutons. Salad was brought with croutons. My daughter was then frightened to eat when order was corrected bc she didn’t feel that they took her gluten allergy seriously and was worried that they simply removed croutons in back and didn’t fix her a fresh salad. Told waitress at beginning of meal that we had separate bills. She brought out 1 check and when asked to separate to two checks she rolled her eyes. She then charged us for children’s drinks. Was visibly frustrated when we asked her to remove from our bill after charging us. Will likely never return to this particular Ruth’s Chris.

    We were very pleased with our dinner experience. Hope was our server and she was outstanding! We could not have asked for better service, and the food was excellent. We will definitely return here soon!

    I had the Maryland Crabcake - too much filler. The worse crabcake I have had in a restaurant in years! Wife had the ribeye, she rated it as fair.

    When we arrived we were initially seated at a booth which was not a comfortable fit. Asked to sit at a table and was informed that they were all reserved?? I thought that was the point in my reservation. We were then seated at 2 tables put together in the bar area. No linen, just place settings and menus. Our waiter was cordial, but a bit tardy. I found a piece of plastic in my mashed potatoes, I was compensated, but lost my appetite. I also put that this was a birthday celebration, but had to remind them several times. Overall I was extremely disappointed in the food quality as well as the dining experience. I have been to this same restaurant several times in the past and received exceptional service. Please bring back that quality of service. Thank you Celestine Watkins
