    It was horrific. We confirmed our 8pm reservation twice with the restaurant. We arrived on time. When we arrived there were 20 people waiting. We checked in and were told it was a 10-15 minute wait. So immediately annoying. I find with OpenTable I usually get great treatment but not here. We waited 20 minutes then 26 minutes and I asked again and was told they were cleaning tables. After 30 minutes we were seated. No manager apologized. Terribly run restaurant. And they charged $100 price fixed menu no drinks in Durham NC. Absurd.

    Excellent experience during a busy holiday seating. High quality food expertly prepared and served in a reasonable amount of time. Our server Garrett provided professional and attentive service without being intrusive. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

    My husband and I hadn’t been to Ruth’s Chris in a few years, it was better than we remembered. It was our 18 years anniversary and it was a superb experience. Our waiter was awesome, I not sure of his name but I checked our receipt and I saw the initials AJ. He was attentive, thoughtful and friendly.

    The server was by far the best part of our experience… the hostess staff needs improvement. My husband and I were forgotten as group after group were sat in front of us. We had a reservation and arrived a few minutes before the time. The people who arrived after us with the same reservation time were all sat before us. They tried to sit us at a bar booth when we booke the main dining room. The food was ok, the spicy shrimp, Caesar salad, and New York strip were amazing, but the side were less than desirable. The potatoes and cream spinach both needed work. Our server was fast, friendly, very attentive and kind. He really helped turn our experience around.
