    I book reservations a week early , I had to wait a hour to sit down , than another 35 to 45 minutes for the food it was disappointing and i paid $180 wasn’t worth it all

    7:30 reservation, we showed 30 minutes early just in case. E we were seated at 8:30. The ninety minutes we sat in the bar we were never served, never asked if we needed service. The bar area was cluttered with stacks of dirty dishes and glasses, awful. Dinner service was much better. The dinner itself was adequate but clearly below standard for $100 per person. They ran out of the dessert we wanted. Overall a poor experience.

    Even with a reservation it took over an hour to be seated. 5pm reservation and seated a little after 6pm.

    We had a fabulous Christmas dinner! I would have rated it 5 stars except for one thing. When we arrived at our 4:45 pm reservation time, we were told they were running 40 minutes behind. We finally got seated 65 minutes later. Our waiter, Trey was spot on with everything and it was wonderful! He was so much fun to talk with throughout our service also. And my request for a complimentary round of drinks was granted so that helped! We will definitely go back again for another special occasion!

    Have not been to Ruth’s Chris in a long time and it has definitely dropped off the marquis dining experience. Food is still good - however experience is very much a big chain restaurant. (think outback with better food and dressier servers) this particular location is pretty tired looking and not terribly well managed. it was xmas day so i’ll skip the particulars for that day but it seemed to be run by a group of kids - did not see an adult anywhere on their team and they needed one.

    We are here because our home flooded and been living in a hotel for about four months but now I think we will be spending our Christmases differently now. This has been a great experience and so happy and blessed Ruth Chris was open for Christmas. The staff was great and we really appreciate them for working today for those who had no where else to go. Thank you

    The restaurant was not prepared to receive the significant amount of Christmas Day guests. Had a 3:30 reservation, but wasn't seated until well after 4pm. Dozens of fellow patrons filled the lobby, waiting to be seated as well. Bottom line, food was excellent, everything else (e.g. kitchen, bussing of tables, etc.) was grossly out of sync. Not likely to patronize on Christmas Day ever again as my experience didn't meet Ruth's Chris' historically high standards.
