    We decided to go to Ruth Chris for our anniversary and we were very disappointed. When we first got there we were seated near a large group that was making so much noise that we could have a conversation. We asked to be moved and were accommodated. I ordered a fillet and my wife ordered the sea bass. The fish was cooked well but was a little under seasoned, not a problem. My filet (ordered medium rare) was so overcooked it was gray. I asked for a record and it took 40 minutes to get a new steak that was so undercooked it was raw and cold in the middle. The manager was nowhere to be found, but the server did a great job trying to manage the situation. Needless to say we will NOT be going back to Ruth Chris in Chattanooga.

    Decor and ambiance were top notch. Food was delicious. Kaitlyn was an excellent server, attentive and knowledgeable. Prices were very expensive, but doable for a special occasion.

    Incredible meal, but very pricey. Dinner for two was $245 and that was ordering from the prix menu. I can only do this on very special occasions. The service was awesome. I felt rich for an hour.

    Worst steak I have ever eaten there. Ordered Med Rare and the steak came out Raw, not rare but raw. I never send a steak back but I sent it back and they brought the same steak back that looked like had been nuked in the microwave. The steak was almost well done at this point. This was once the best steak in Chattanooga.

    We had a great time as usual. Very friendly waitstaff and the food is very delicious. Steak was so tender I didn’t need a knife to cut it

    It look a little long for us to be seated even though the restaurant was not busy, which was a bit off-putting. Outside of that, we enjoyed the experience. The food was quite enjoyable and our server Sarah was very pleasant and knowledgeable

    We had a 6:45 reservation. We got there at 6:40. They sat us at 7:05. We got our first course at 7:35. This was a SALAD. Then we got our main plate of food (Thanksgiving meal) at 8:00. We saw other plates coming out when we initially sat down. We got significantly less food than people who were there earlier. The stuffing was not warm and they were OUT of cranberry relish. We got our dessert at 8:50. It was lackluster. If my son is not able to come next year for Thanksgiving, we will still not come back here

    We made reservations several weeks in advance for our family to get together at Ruth's Chris for Thanksgiving dinner. We were even contacted prior to our event by an events coordinator to reserve a private banquet room due to the number of people attending (11). When we arrived, it was pure chaos and extreme disorganization. Our reservations were for 6:15pm but our room was not available until well after 7:00pm. We were told the party ahead of us overstayed their two-hour allotted time. These banquet rooms were actual hotel meeting rooms, not rooms within the restaurant, and were very far away. I'm sure this had something to do with extremely slow service. Our dinner event concluded at 9:45pm. This was unacceptable. As for the food, one becomes accustomed to the great quality and exceptional service I once associated with Ruth's Chris. However, on this occasion, the food was served cold, some items were not even available, and the cost for the cafeteria style slop was ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed and disenfranchised with the restaurant. The poor planning and literal circus like experience was not for me and I won't be back any time soon. Whoever was managing that evening should be fired immediately. I won't be back next Thanksgiving or any time sooner.
