We were celebrating my daughter's engagement and the management and staff went out of the way to make the experience special for us. The food as always was top notch.

I’ve always enjoyed Ruth’s Chris, but this visit fell short. I ordered a porterhouse for two, medium rare, but it arrived rare. After bringing it to the server’s attention, it was taken back and we received complimentary sides. However, when the steak returned, it was the same piece—just warmed through. For a restaurant of this caliber, I expected a fresh steak, not a reheated one. While I appreciate the attempt to fix the issue, the execution was disappointing.

Great meal for our 38th anniversary. Thom was an exceptionally great server. Entire evening was outstanding. Restaurant went above and beyond to make this evening special.

Our waiter was phenomenal and provided recommendations and plenty of options for the meal. Did red wine with Mojito. two filets with one added shrimp. One cooked medium rare other one medium. They both were cooked correctly. They bring the filets out on piping hot plates with added blue cheese crumbles. Can’t go wrong. Ambience was more than quiet.

We had a wonderful time. the service was friendly while unobtrusive , drinks refilled, plates cleared, food delivered all without a rush or hassle. The food was cooked perfectly, even my husband’s salmon which came rare as requested, the filets were rare and medium rare and well spiced and tender. Observing the staff while they worked showed them being nice to each other, holding doors, helping clear and just working together beautifully. An older gentleman last night got lost in the main dining room and was wandering about, immediately a team member was at his side guiding him back to his table kindly and gently. We will definitely go back and recommend Ruth’s Chris as a terrific place for a special occasion or just an excellent dinner.
