    The food and service were excellent as always! We have been visiting the same location for 25 years (wedding day and 24 anniversaries). You cannot get better steak or sides anywhere else.

    If, years from now, someone were to ask me what was the most amazing meal out I had ever had, yesterday evening’s dinner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House would be it. Everything was gobsmackingly delicious. And Ashley, our server, took perfection to an even higher level. She was wonderful!

    This was our first time coming back after a horrible experience many months ago. It was a very nice change from the last time we dined here. Ashley was fantastic. Every aspect of our evening was amazing. Thank you! We look forward to coming back soon.

    My experience went really well. I made a same day appointment to celebrate my interview article release in a local magazine. Jovan accommodated the reservation and Alex, my waiter took great care of me. My allergies actually began bothering me the later it got and Alex brought me hot tea with lemon up on my request. Ruth's Chris actually doesn't sell sweet hot tea. It's either hot tea or cold sweet tea. Alex manually made it for me TWICE. The meal was better enjoyable with the hot tea as it made me feel better in too of the food was amazing! I prefer Alex being my designated waiter from here in out, although that may not be feasible. Just make a note of this. :) Overall, a good dinner and large enough portions to take for lunch tomorrow. Ruth's Chris remains to lead the list as my favorite restaurant. When I say a medium steak, that's exactly what I get.

    Very pleasant and supportive staff. Excellent steak, perfectly prepared. Creamed spinach a little bland (a minor negative)

    This was a Birthday Celebration and we enjoyed our meal and the quiet table that we asked for. I would not change anything about the food and the service was excellent.

    Our waiter Joseph was very helpful and had a great personality in explaining the menu. The suggestions he gave us were great and we enjoyed our meal! Only thing this particular one in Bham is located in a hotel so it was great lighting in the area we sat, but it gave a romantic setting overall

    We celebrated our wedding anniversary and everything was amazing. Our waitress Krysten was awesome. The gentleman that brought our food was awesome. Everyone was so polite. The complimentary bread pudding to recognize our anniversary was so special and delicious. The food was delicious as always.

    I am a big fan of Ruth's Chris Steak House as I have dined at them nationwide. This was the worst experience by far. I have also said at RC that I know what I am going to get.................well I can no longer say that after visiting the Birmingham location. My wife and I were very disappointed in our experience This visit was for my birthday and leaving the restaurant my wife asked if we could have a "do-over" on my birthday dinner.
