    The food was outstanding. It always comes hot and that didn't disappoint. Service wasn't as professional as you would expect for a $300 meal. But that is the case now with most 4&5 star restaurants. I now jokingly call them high priced Outbacks. Once you are seated, good restaurants, usually don't make you feel rushed and in this case there was a we are about to close mentality. All around though a great night, nothing to stop me from coming back or recommending. This is one of the best Steak Houses in Biloxi.

    Well, our night didn’t start off to well. First, our reservation was for 9:45 and we didn’t get sat until 10:00, not a big deal because it was a holiday. Our server started off by letting us know that he needed to get out of there before 12 so he see his other half. Our table was so wobbly that we couldn’t even cut our steak without drinks spilling. I think if you’re paying $80 for a steak the table shouldn’t be something you find in a McDonald’s. No cream spinach, no soup and we weren’t told this until our food was ready. Our server just started boxing food when we weren’t even done yet. Very disappointed in Ruth Chris this time.

    We dined at Ruth’s on New Years Eve and despite how crowded it was, our experience was not affected by the crowds! We were seated at our reservation time and our server greeted us promptly. John, our server, was professional, attentive and hilarious. We both had the Ruth Classic Dinner, Filet & Lobster that came with a salad, creamed spinach and dessert. Perfectly prepared and served! John was a joy, although he had several other tables we never felt neglected.

    Delicious food! Great Service. It was very expensive, serving sizes are very large. Order half of what you think you can eat. 10/10 for great taste.

    Wonderful experience. The food was amazing. My steak was cooked just right. The grilled shrimp and lobster tasted great. Our server was fantastic. Everyone who worked there was nice.

    Service was slow tonight. Once salads were dropped off we didn’t see our waiter for over 30 minutes. Didnt put the appetizer in evidently, we had to ask about it twice. Drinks sat empty for 30 minutes. Took over an hour for dinner to arrive. rench onion soup was really bland, definitely not worth ordering. Food was hot, sides were actually pretty good. Steak was tender but just bland tasting. Lobster was rubbery and tough. Would be unlikely to return at that price point.

    We eat here regularly and was a little disappointed. Four of us had the chopped salad and it was not as good as usual - watery/wilted and didn’t taste as great. They were out of many of the wines on the list. Service was great as usual. Assume it’s the post Christmas blahs.

    From the hostess, to our server, Misha, to the Manager, the service here was impeccable! The food was over the top!!! Best dining experience anyone could ever experience!! We will be back!! Highly recommend!
