    We went for NYE and Matthew was our server. He was very nice and made our experience great! The cowboy ribeye was fantastic and so was the sweet potato casserole!

    I understand it was New Year’s Eve, but our experience left much to be desired. We were seated on the outdoor patio, unfortunately right next to a manhole with steam coming out of it, which was less than ideal. While our waiter, David, genuinely tried his best, the service felt chaotic. We waited quite a while to be served, and then my lobster mac and cheese arrived 20 minutes after my steak. By that time, the lobster was dry and chewy, which made it difficult to enjoy. David mentioned the manager would come speak with me, but that never happened. I noticed the manager stopping at other tables nearby, which made me feel like my concerns weren’t important enough to address. After dinner, we waited nearly another half hour without any interaction from the staff. Eventually, I had to call the hostess over just to get the check. Overall, it was disappointing, especially considering the better experiences I’ve had at other locations.

    we had a terrible time dining at Ruth’s Chris on NYE. for the price you pay, the experience was ridiculous. my Lobster Bisque was awful, I’ve never sent food back before but it was inedible. my friend ordered a medium rare steak and it came out well done - for a $85 steak? seriously? at a steakhouse?

    Not worth the $505 bill. NYE, 4 people, 2 drinks, no appetizers, 2 filets, 1 NY strip, 1 ribeye. Lobster bisque had 1 small chunk of lobster and was not very tasty at all. Steaks were very well cooked but you can find a good steak at plenty of places in AC. Potatoes au gratin were hard (maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be served?) and needed some extra salt and pepper. Drinks were more mix then alcohol so only finished half. Asparagus was huge with hard stem and only could eat the top part (not much of a veggie person so maybe that was perfect). Place was very nice and service was great unfortunately if I’m spending that much money I’m going somewhere else.

    Everything was perfect. Our waiter David was very helpful and very nice. He helped us with any questions we had about the food and was very knowledgeable. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and very good. Me and my family definitely enjoyed dining there tonight
