Ristorante Del Lago crafts fragrant wood fired pizzas, a selection of meats off the rotisserie, and pasta made fresh in-house daily. The aging room also boasts authentic salumi and formaggio imported straight from Italy. Freshly made cannoli and homemade gelato are the most delightful way to conclude your meal.

Envisioned by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany and inspired by the finest culinary regions of Italy, Ristorante del Lago offers a lively and authentic dining experience at The Broadmoor.     On Friday, May 2nd, join Buffalo Trace Distillery Master Mixologist Matt Ray for an exciting, hands-on Cocktail Exploration featuring Broadmoor Barrel Buffalo Trace Bourbon & Wheatley Vodka Cocktails. Spend the afternoon with Matt listening to delightful stories and cocktail history paired with legendary spirits from the Buffalo Trace Distillery. This Mixology Event will include a Welcome Reception, Interactive Cocktail Demonstrations, and Small Bites, starting at 2:00 PM at Bar Del Lago. Tickets are available on OpenTable at $75.00++ per person, plus taxes and gratuity, with a 100% deposit required at purchase, refundable up to 5 days before the event.

    The ambiance was perfect for an Italian restaurant. It felt high end. The servers were all so observant of when to approach the table and when to not as we were having a business dinner. The food was great! I highly recommend this place!

    Delicious wine and appetizers, wonderful main courses, a lovely view, and excellent service, make for a really nice dinner out. Valet service for the car is free (of course, we give a tip), and the lobby and hallways of the building are over-the-top old-school classy. There is a hallway with pictures of famous people who have visited over the years. And some museum-quality gems and minerals in a case, including gold, which of course has historical significance 'round these parts. There is a carafe of wine for $40 (either red or white and you get what you get), which provides for 2 generous glasses. There are some sharable apps. We got the polenta and mozzarella, and it was good. Maybe for lunch I would get a pizza, as the ingredients on top look interesting. For dinner, I chose a pasta dish of rigatoni and mushrooms. The creamy red sauce was very good and not spicy--great for me. My husband chose a pasta with seafood dish. Both were yummy with thick good pasta. We would go again!

    Megan P is an excellent server!!! She waited on us last year and we were lucky to have her serve us again this year. She seems to really enjoy her job.

    What an incredible experience! Coworker and I shared a dinner after I spa and truly loved the ambience. The food was amazing. Wine was exquisite, and we left feeling so completely pampered and taken care of. This is five star service!!!!!
