   Very disappointed. This was my second dining experience and the first was not great but I hoped in coming back it would show that the first time was just a fluke. I was wrong. Similar to the first visit, the second experience was not ideal. Our servers were wonderful but the time to receive bread and water and then even order and receive our first round of drinks we were almost 30-40 minutes into what turned out to be a 3 hour dinner. By the time we eventually ordered our food, the food did not come out as expected. An appetizer was missing as well as 2 sides for steak entrees. We had to chase down service for drinks and to try to fix our food orders, at which point we were just told the sides (sides that we wanted) would just come off the bill. Again, servers were apologetic but clearly there is a larger issue as this was not an isolated experience. For the price we paid, would expect a higher quality and professional experience. Will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.

   The food, as usual was very good. Service was slow and sporadic. The noise level was extremely loud and we just wanted to get our check and leave as soon as we finished dinner

   My daughter and I went to eat at a “fancy” (her words) restaurant before her school’s “dad-daughter” dance. The hostess and wait staff made a big deal about her dress which was fantastic. John, our waiter, was wonderful - personable, funny, and knowledgeable. The stuffed long hot was fantastic and my daughter loves the gnocchi. My daughter had a great time.

   We always have a great meal and service, one of our favorite places to dine. A special shout out to Josephine and Brenda for their hospitality.

   Hostess basically asked us to seat ourselves. Not very friendly or polite. Our server was great. Food was okay. Not sure we would repeat this outing.

    I couldn’t actually tell you about our experience because after we were checked in for our 7:15 reservation we stood there in front of the manager who wouldn’t even make eye contact to give us a simple heads up of what was going on. Understandable that it was a Friday night and seating times may be altered, but there was zero communication. She seemed simply miserable. Any experience starts from the moment you walk into the doors and although a server did check us in for our reservation and stated Josephine would be right with us..after 23 minutes and not even being acknowledged by her as she was no more than 2 ft away from me we went elsewhere
