Produced by Chef Yuhkai Hattori, who has been working on "U.kai" for two years and has a half-year waiting list for reservations.This is the world's first T-bone steak of female Omi beef, made possible by frequent visits to the ranch.The T-bone steak is not only rare but also uniquely delicious.

An unbelievable experience. This was a steak omakase and it was the most unique beef experience I’ve ever had. My colleagues loved it and I will bring another group to Japan and will bring them here.

Such an amazing place! I loved every second, the food was outstanding and everyone were so kind and professional. I will come back for sure next time I'm in tokyo

What a mind blowing meal. The Omi beef was melt-in-the-mouth with a generous quantity served across 9 dishes (excluding palate cleanser and dessert). We were even given an extra portion of curry rice to bring home. Service was warm and friendly. Special shout out to Jonah for doing a great job introducing each dish. Pricing was incredible value for the quality and amount of food and drink on offer.

Only 14 seats, but if you're fortunate enough to get a reservation, I can't recommend it enough. I actually think the 530 seating is the way to go, so it's not too dark when you get out. The meal lasts around 2 1/2 hours. Service is amazing, food quality is outstanding and the staff does a great job of explaining the ingredients and their significance. You're doing yourself a disservice if you're in Tokyo and don't have a meal here.

Hands down the best (non-sushi) meal I had while in Tokyo! The food and service was amazing. Totally work it, I’d definitely go back. The restaurant was super cute too. Overall it was a really great experience!

When the servings first came out, I thought "they're tiny, how could this possible make us full?" But oh was I wrong. There was enough through all the courses that I began to struggle finishing them near the end. That notwithstanding, the food was fantastic. They were prepared exquisitely and the ingredients were all top-flight. There is an explanation of every dish and even some light food prep performance. Overall a great experience, would recommend it to anyone.
