-We only provide set menus, no a la carte are available. The set menu contains primarily seafood. If you have allergies to seafood or simply don't eat seafood, please reconsider your reservation.
-We have ovo-lacto vegetarian menu available, but we do not have vegan option or lactose-free option at the time. If you have any allergy, please let us know when you make a reservation. Chefs will make arrangement accordingly.
-For lunch, classic menu($3,980+10%) and chef menu($5,680+10%) are both available. Please inform us which menu to choose when making your reservation. (The whole table must choose the same menu except for vegetarian option). We do not provide chef menu if you make a reservation at 13:00 at lunch due to our opening hours.
-For dinner, only chef menu($5,680+10%) is available.
-Lact-ovo vegetarian set($3280+10%) are available for all day.
-Children between 8 to 12 years-old can order kid menu ($1,880+10%). Please inform us if you need kid menu.

creative dishes and interesting taste, but not enough texture as a lot of ingredients are puréed into sauces

It is a small restaurant that is divided into two sections of which one is by the bar area facing the kitchen door and is noisy and another is a small dining room. Tables are too close to each other and you can hear other tables’ guests talking. Food quality is good and belongs to the upper echelon of the two star restaurants that we frequented before in other cities such as Singapore, Hong Kong, New York, Tokyo , Osaka. You are presented with a set menu for 13 courses which give you plenty of food to satisfy your stomach. You remembered food that you ate and it is always a good sign of being an outstanding restaurant. The wine list is weak and does not present too many choices . Sommelier is not too professional when handling wines as he kept leaving drops on the table after he poured. The restaurant needs to slow down their services between meals and the servers are always rushing yo remove your plate when the others have not yet finished . Price wise it is not expensive as a two star restaurant. We will go back again next time we visit Taipei. I would recommend friends to go to try but with the assumption of only average service standard.

服務體驗很優異！想再訪嚐試晚餐菜單！唯獨停車的時候，需要再與管理員進一步溝通，因為是單行道巷子，動線上有點不容易理解。

Excellent presentation of Spanish-influenced dishes utilizing locally sourced ingredients. Food tasted great and the service was attentive. Wine pairing was great complement to the diahes.

餐廳整體裝潢的很別緻高雅,因為單價偏高,期待是個安靜的空間,但當日客人滿座,以至於太過吵鬧,必須大聲說話才能交談,個人不是那麼習慣這樣的氛圍.食物整體算是好吃,有別於坊間料理,擺盤也相當優秀,服務員的服務與介紹都有到位.

圓與白的勾勒讓美味以簡潔俐落又充滿細膩氣息，幾近完美地詮釋了「分子料理」！有別於大魚大肉或名貴食材的直面撞擊，Molino de Urdaniz更是挑戰醬汁的各種可能性，娓娓道來，讓味蕾慢慢細密地漫延至記憶深處並帶來會心的熟悉與陌生的驚喜。我們約好每半年都要拜訪一次慕舍酒店 Molino de Urdaniz，真心感謝在台北能享受這種幸福。
