The atmosphere is perfect for special occasions, offering a serene and intimate setting. The food is delicious and rich in flavor, making each bite a memorable one. Two of my favorite appetizers are the Scallops Gorgonzola and Arancini. The scallops are perfectly cooked and paired with a creamy Gorgonzola sauce that adds a wonderful depth of flavor. The arancini are crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, making them a must-try. Overall, this restaurant is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a special meal in a cozy and quiet environment. My husband and I enjoy eating out and finding this jewel was amazing. There is no comparison to the other high end dining places in Peterborough, Rare has it all - ambience, amazing food that excites the palette along with picture perfect presentation, service was spot on and very friendly. We dined at Rare again recently and we will be regulars now that we've experienced perfection.
