Service was excellent! Food was different but very good! Small issue with one item and was resolved immediately With reservation no wait. Valet was quick Parking was included with the package. 5 Stars here.

The restaurant was very inviting and decorated beautifully for the holidays. Our server was outstanding and the Tomahawk my wife and I shared was the best I’ve ever had. The chef personally finished the steak off table side by smoking rosemary and burning mezcal.

Disappointing experience- service was lackluster and extremely slow for a Ritz Carlton property. The food was room temperature indicating it had been plated quite awhile before being served- what I had hoped would be a special anniversary celebration was nothing special at all.

Our first time dining at this restaurant , great ambiance but our order did not came in full . We had to wait for my entree and our appetizer French fries.. a little disappointed because this is suppose to be a high end restaurant with better quality and service . Somehow it did not delivered those expectations. I’m really disappointed

Worst meal at The Ritz Carlton ever! We are local and have been to Raya many times for special occasions, drinks and brunch. I thought this was a "sure thing" for an excellent Christmas dinner with my daughter. Our kitchen under construction, so I wanted something beautiful and delicious to share with her since she loves Christmas. Wow - sorry to say, this was really terrible. We had the prix fix meal. The salad dressing was overly smokey, the wagyu steaks were charred black (thick!) on the outside and not cooked to our order. The dessert was good. Service was impossibly slow and no where near the usual Ritz Carlton level. For 2 people, with 2 alcoholic beverage each, total was $400. Never, ever, ever again do I come here. So sad.
