   Excellent experience from start to finish! Great service at dinner, then saw Lachy Doley on stage and everything was fabulous in the venue. Definitely our favorite place in Annapolis!!!!

   This is a good restaurant with a great menu and location. Better yet, they offer a fantastic deal if you're going to a concert at Ram's Head on Stage (next door) and you park at nearby Gott's Garage.

   We often get a pre show dinner reservation here. This time we were given a table in a hallway across from the bathroom and by request were moved to a nice table in a pleasant room that felt like a boiler room ( really hot). Service was bad. Three time servers brought food or drinks to our table to ask if we ordered this ( we didn't). It took twice as long to get our food as it has in the passed.. I'm pretty sure it sat under a light in the kitchen for at least 15 minutes before being picked up. I'd guess they are short staffed. I will try them again because this experience was the exception to past visits. However, next month when we come to town we might not be ready to try them so soon.

   The waitress with the pierced tongue was very nice. The service was prompt. The Mahi mahi was only adequate, a little bland, but only $25. The french fries were not cooked, let alone crispy. They could have spent more time on that. The Manhattan was watery and oddly colder than normal. The check came promptly, which I like. They seem to get by based on their location. That was my impression. With a little effort they can do much better. Go team Ram's Head!

   I always enjoy Ram's Head Tavern. On this occasion, traffic was terrible getting to the restaurant. I called them to tell them we would be late and suggested that we cancel the reservation. The restaurant said they would hold it for us no matter how late we arrived. We were 35 minutes late and were seated immediately. Later that evening one of their employees helped us with the pay by phone app for the garage nearby. So good food at reasonable prices and great services is something you should anticipate at Ram's Head Tavern.

   We had dinner prior to the Foreigner/Journey concert. Seated on time and our waitress promptly came to our table . Dinner came out on time. We all had a great experience dining at Rams Head. Then off to the show which was also great. Perfect evening in Annapolis!
