Tardo mucho la comida pero finalmente estaba buena, la carne un poco cruda pero buen sabor las papas estaban muy buenas ,la cerveza fría la atención buena la manager excelente se acercó a ver lo qué pasó con la carne en fin es muy bueno,familiar por lo tanto hay ruido pero tolerable , volvería a ir y lo recomiendo

Was a pleasure to be at Zinburger at The Biltmore Shopping Center! After all these years the staff still know how to warmly welcome and provide you with a competent server who helps pick out the right burger for the customer! And when those burgers arrived we were overjoyed to sink our teeth into a delicious creation that I can still marvel at how tasty it was! Thank you!

A fine experience at Zinburger Phoenix. The staff were very welcoming and could not do enough for us and our grandchildren. We had a great night of good food and excellent conversation. The place is a little noisy --- guests backed up by a continuous rock tape. Our various burgers were excellent. This distance to the kitchen made it hard for our servers to deliver the goods in a timely manner. We'll be back.

A group of us took a co-worker to lunch and had the most fabulous time. We were kindly greeted upon arriving, had the best service ever, and our food was nothing short of superb!

Horrible. Usually good, but horrible tonight. Food was slow. We ordered milkshakes and they were a little slow. When my burger arrived, the bottom bun fell apart because it was soaked in something. I asked for a new bun and waited about 15 minutes. When it came, the server dropped it on the floor in front of the table and I had to wait another 10 minutes for another one. The server never replenished our water. Not a great night for Zinburger.

My husband and I had our first experience at Zinburger and it was excellent. We went for AZ Restaurant Week and everything was truly great. We started with the spinach and artichoke dip and the soft pretzel bits - ohhhhhh so yummy! I had the veggie burger with a side salad and the veggie burger is definitely the best I've had in a restaurant in a long time. They make the patties there and again so excellent. My husband had a Zinburger with fries and he really enjoyed that as well. The temp of the burger was perfect and the fries...well, they didn't last long. Then we ended with the chocolate cream pie - oh my oh my oh my, is all I can say - such an excellent dessert, perfect, creamy, crust to die for. If you haven't yet tried Zinburger, please, please give it a try and check it out. I know you won't be disappointed!
