Ringing in 2025 - A perfect New Year’s Eve at Zanzenberg Tavern. We had the most incredible New Year’s Eve celebration at Zanzenberg Tavern in Center Point, Texas. We spent the evening enjoying an intimate six-course dinner that truly exceeded expectations. The special menu was thoughtfully crafted, with delightful drinks to start and a perfect pairing with dessert. Every course was flavorful and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and intimate – a perfect balance of privacy while still allowing us to engage with friends and other familiar faces. The seating was well-arranged, making it easy to enjoy conversations without feeling crowded or overwhelmed by noise. The temperature was comfortable, and the entire evening felt effortless and cozy. Anthony and Edward were gracious, welcoming, and made the night feel extra special, as always. The waitstaff was polite, attentive, and truly wonderful. Zanzenberg Tavern holds a special place in our hearts, and this experience reaffirmed why we love coming here so much. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a unique and intimate dining experience – whether for a special occasion or just a relaxing night out.

Having a chef for a son, I am very spoiled by really good food. My son could not find one thing to complain about. He said it was as good as anything he had made. Having the harpist made it a nice atmosphere.

Food was fabulous service was superb and bloody Mary’s were amazing too! Def will be back!! Great place for Sunday brunch!!

Another fabulous meal at Zanzenberg Tavern. The Gumbo was amazing; the Sirloin was cooked perfectly and butter-tender. Starter was Vol au Vent (amazing!). Great wine list and OUTSTANDING cocktails. Highly recommended.

The gumbo and beef stew were excellent! The Tavern Chicken Cutlet was overcooked & not well-seasoned, but the mashed potatoes and salad were delicious. The music was a little loud; in the past, we always enjoyed the live music. Live music really adds to the ambiance of the Zanzenburg experience. Overall, it was a great experience.

What a special place and special people that run it, the ambiance and the overall feel was magical and just so special and the food was phenomenal! Everything about the experience from arrival to our late night exit after a wonderful conversation with the chef and owner that truly made the whole experience 5 star…I so recommend this dining experience!
