   We went on a Monday night, with the assumption the place wouldn’t be busy/loud and we were correct. However the waiter continously rushed us to order and pay while we were still eating and chatting. There were only 2 other tables occupied with only 1 person at each. It was very uncomfortable. Food was too hot to eat as it came in a skillet bowl but never really cooled down to a good temperature to eat in a timely manner. I ordered fried calamari and there were pieces of shell connected to the calamari…and we know calamari doesn’t have a shell

   Delicious flavorful well-made food, friendly staff! I don’t know who the usual crowd is, but on valentine’s day the crowd was almost all under-25.

   Food was pretty bad, service was ok but took forever to get our drinks. We had food on the table before 2 cocktails. Really suggestive photos in bathroom? Just overall a weird vibe. Gyoza was phenomenal though.

   We had a 9:45 reservation and only got seated by 10:30. The food was quite good but expensive for what it was. The private room was really nice and my friends and I could talk each other clealry over the low noise levels

   We loved everything about the experience here. We were a group of six and ordered a party boat and one of the appetizer boxes and a few other appetizers couple of cocktails. Everything was delicious and perfectly presented and the check was reasonable @ $45/pp. We will definitely be back !

   Most authentic Japanese experience in the greater Boston area. Very impressed. Will be coming back!

    Dined at 5 pm on a Monday evening, so let that be your guide on “noise level.” Very easy to talk across the table. Several tables were occupied by other customers. Service impeccable. Food delicious - tuna maki, seafood kimchi udon, beef bi bim bap, and sweet potato cut roll. Beer and saki. Cozy, and feels authentic. Every table but ours were Japanese customers. Go!
