Yolo Restaurant and Lounge was born out of an idea to create a place where people could enjoy 5-Star meals in a relaxing, welcoming environment. Ricardo, a decorated businessman, had visions of opening an elite restaurant with an ambiance Washington, D.C. had never seen before. The mixture of a dynamic ambiance, unmatched vibe, impeccable food and hookah came to life with Victory Restaurant & Lounge. The concept originated in Miami, with the first Victory Restaurant & Lounge and the same excitement is being brought to D.C!

I booked a reservation for 9 pm and they CONFIRMED it. When i arrived they said they were closed until 10. Then the kitchen was closed because the chef was sick. You only have 1 chef on staff?! Don’t book this place

I made a reservation a month in advance for 6 people at 3pm on 11/2 for my birthday celebration. When my party & I showed up at the restaurant, the doors were locked and no one answered the phone. When we called the number found on their instagram, the man who answered claimed to work there and said the doors should be open. This is completely unacceptable and just ridiculous.

Got there when they first opened. Our drinks were strong, server was attentive and the food was hot and delicious 10/10. Music was cool too

Made a reservation DAYS in advanced for brunch and when we arrived they were closed …. The website and OpenTable doesn’t have updated hours they don’t open till 7pm

The menu prices are too high for the ambiance & environment of this restaurant. I’ve been to many lounges in DC & i believe this one to be very average. Food was okay & so was service. Just wasn’t anything special & wouldn’t go back

Service was super slow. Waited hours for food and drinks. Hookah was good. Food was okay once it was finally received.

They had maybe 2 things top available on the menu. We left.. it was almost empty but the music was extremely loud you couldn’t even hear who you sitting beside. The server was attentive she came to us quick and explained everything but once she told us what wasn’t available which was majority of the menu we left so we didn’t eat anything

We got to the restaurant (which allowed us to book a reservation and continued to allow reservations through the day) and it was closed. There was nothing on the instagram, website, or OpenTable to suggest it would be closed. I loved this restaurant but since its rebrand, I’ve been disappointed

They weren't even open.. but we were able to make reservations and they hours stated they should've been ooen.

The aesthetics were great and DJ did amazing. Good was horrible. Service was very slow, even though we were 1 of two groups there. I will not be back for dinner.
