The service was very slow. Sat for over 10 minutes before anyone came to table, then another 20 before getting our drinks. Food quality has declined from previous visits. We have been here often and used to enjoy it but this was a disappointing experience. We invited a couple who had never been who left with no intention of returning.

We LOVE XVIII! The dinner special was amazing, the service is even better and somehow the drinks are even better than that. Ambience is 10/10!

Unfortunately, the experience seems to be declining. Our table of five are all in the industry and everyone agreed this was the poorest service we have experienced. The bar was not crowded and we went 20-30 minutes on several occasions without seeing our waitress. We had to call the bar staff over to clear the table twice. Disappointing as this has been a go to for us.

I had made a reservation and asked for a booth by the bar. We were sat in the back in a horrible booth that was not for 4 people. Our server was awful Never came to ck on us. We left after 1 drink Very disappointed. What's the point in making a reservation????? I stated on my reservation it was for a birthday. Never was that mentioned

I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, especially for a special occasion like a birthday. I completely understand your frustration with both the seating and service. Due to the busy nature of New Year’s Eve, it’s possible that things didn’t go as smoothly as we’d like, but that’s no excuse. Your reservation should have been handled with more care. I’ll share your feedback with the team to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I truly hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future. Loved the ambiance, stone and brick walls , drinks are good, service was great. Music was a bit loud and did not seam to fit with the bar. I would have expected some classics like maybe some Frank Sinatra. Overall a fun place to go.

We have spent many evenings here and it’s almost always a 5 star experience. This evening food and service was running a little slow. Still pretty darn good but not quite up to their normal standards. Even so a great place.

We were traveling through Idaho Falls and stopped in for dinner. This is a fun restaurant with a great speaker easy vibe. Food, wine and cocktails were fabulous. Service was excellent. I would recommend this restaurant.

This place is a great spot for cocktails. The happy hour wine is good and a nice pour, The bar menu is limited but there are a few really good items we always get (the potatoe wedges and crab beignets. One bummer was the Margarita flatbread which was too hard and didn't really measure up, It was tomato sauce that tasted like ketchup instead of sliced fresh tomatoes, Also needed more garlic , The other items we got could be slightly improved as well- the sliders and pastrami sandwiches need more meat on them, I will go back to see if things improve on the menu,

It was a very nice experience! The drinks were wonderful and our waiter was very friendly and informative! The food we had was tasty and we enjoyed every bite! We will definitely be back!
