   I made the reservation several days in advance for five people for Sunday brunch. The night before I changed the time by 15 minutes and the number of people to four. I received an email confirmation from the restaurant to which I replied, saying that I would be there. When half of us arrived, we were seated. Then a few minutes later the hosts told the rest of us there was no reservation under my name. They seated us at a different table, telling us that we had a time limit because another reservation was coming, When we realized the mistake, we told the host stand and they seemed confused and unapologetic. We ordered items that never arrived, but we weren’t charged. And then they told us they ran out of coffee. It was only 2 1/2 hours into their brunch service. The fact that their credit card machine defaults to 20% and up is obnoxious. I worked in the restaurant industry for years so would never presume. It’s awkward when the person is standing there watching you leave a tip. The food was good very good. Everyone was friendly, but they seemed overwhelmed. Perhaps they could do training at the host stand for and better prep for food service. Who can’t run out and buy more coffee in the middle of Worthington? send a busser,or or a manager or an owner!

   Horrible customer service! The hostess and manager treated my husband and I awful after waiting for an hour and a half for a table. We walked out after they accused us of lying. I have never been treated worse at a restaurant.

   Everything was great. Food was excellent. Service was accommodating. And the Jazz music was especially fun to listen to. A very nice experience.

   My husband and I celebrated our 33rd Anniversary on Jazz Friday night. We had the perfect seat. The server was wonderful. She checked on us every few minutes. The food was delish. I had the Rigatoni with Vodka. Love it. The Margarita had a gut punch that I needed so bad. It was great combo with my dinner. The ambience was wonderful. We were kept warm and comfortable although our seat was in an enclosed patio area. The Jazz music was great. A little too loud. I was glad we were away from the music. Otherwise, I appreciate it. The Sangria was not I expected with the wine. It tasted like a fruit punch. Not enough wine and alcohol in it. I love the size but without the deep flavor wine it didn’t matter. We were gifted with a free dessert. We appreciate that for our anniversary. That was very kind. Overall it was a 4 out of 5 star. Thank you.

   Excellent staff, service and food. My family and I had a really good time. It was our first time there. It was an enjoyable experience. We were there on jazz night with a live jazz band. It was a lot of fun.

   Had the chef special smash burger and it was amazing. Really enjoy Worthington Tavern a lot.

   Great casual restaurant! Always good to see the staff working togther clearing tables even the management which means that they have created a great work environment. When people enjoy their jobs, everything runs smoothly! Food is fresh with great flavors! Making requests for a gluten free bun were met with "no problem".
