Opened in 2006, the first thing you'll experience at Wild Sage American Bistro is the rich earth tones and classic architectural details that make our bistro both relaxing and refined. Walls of windows saturate our interior space with abundant natural light during the day and provide an intimate atmosphere at night. You'll find our three dining areas allow for conversations to flow comfortably yet privately for a wonderful dining experience.
We have designed a menu that allows us to be creative on a daily basis, and work within the limits of what is in season and available. We are always looking for unique ingredients to highlight. Local beef, regional fresh fish, local gardens, heirloom vegetables fruits and tomatoes. We describe our style as “Regionally Sourced Northwest Cuisine”. It just makes sense using local ingredients at the peak of their quality and freshness.

    The Wild Sage is currently open for dinner, seven nights a week. We can serve custom lunches and brunch within our dining room with advance booking for larger groups. Certain minimums must be met. Please inquire. Whether it be an office party, wedding receptions, anniversary party, or a family reunion, let the Wild Sage staff with their years of experience take the worry out of your special occasion by helping you create memories for you and your guest. Please note that The Loft area of the restaurant is located on the second floor and accessible by staircase only.

    Our server was Sean. He was excellent! The food was amazing, presentation and taste! The atmosphere was cozy, I like that! This was the right place to celebrate our anniversary.

    My server was very helpful and friendly , and the overall experience was spectacular:) the food was beyond delicious , well worth the price point and I am already looking forward to the next special occasion to try out the rest of the menu

    We were visiting from out of town and had looked at restaurants ahead of time and made a reservation here. So glad we did, the food was excellent and everyone there was friendly and welcoming. Our server was great and offered suggestions and was also very helpful with letting us know the portion sizes. We went for a celebratory dinner for my niece's graduation from her college program. At the end they brought out 2 house-made truffles with a candle, it was a nice touch. Be warned the portions (including dessert) are fairly big so sharing is definitely an option, especially so you can sample many things. Almost everything is gluten free (or can be made gluten free) which was much appreciated. They even brought out house-made gluten free popovers with a lavender butter that was so delicious. If we are in town again, we will be going back, I highly recommend this restaurant.

    The food was absolutely delicious. The sauces were to die for. Service was great. We were a party of six and would highly recommend this restaurant.
