   We've been doing White Castle on VDay for years. This was by far the worst! Table wasn't ready when we got there. They half-heartedly cleaned it off. Reservation time 6:15, didn't take our order until 6:40 - and that was after I went to the counter to put in an order. That may fly at a fancy place, but not White Castle. Didn't get any napkins - luckily I keep some in my pocket. Had to ask twice to get my daughter's drink, even though it came with her meal. My kids were being a bit crazy, as kids are when bored. A while after eating, and waiting on the bill, my wife took them home. I waited for the bill, and waited... They picked up the boxes, etc. from the table, no bill. Every other table in the place cleared out, no bill. Perhaps I became invisible!

   We had an absolute blast for our Valentine’s Day at White Castle! This was our first time, and it was fantastic. Staff was great, place was decorated super cute, and the food (as always) was wonderful! This may be a a new tradition for us…the couple sitting next to us said it was their 15th consecutive Valentines dinner! Highly recommend! They even let us bring wine in a brown paper bag…ssshhhhhh ;)

   Valentines Day dinner in cars with car hops 23 people total in group food, service, car hops all wonderful. Best time ever

   The manager Shondra went out of her way to make our Valentine's night special. The staff was awesome too- fun, very attentive, and awesome customer service.

   Location was understaffed significantly. Ran out of table clothes by 6:45 PM, while the Vday special ran til 9 PM. Waited 45 minutes for our food. Unfortunate that the staff was put in that position.

   We had so much fun spending Valentines Day at White Castle in Oak Park. We went with another couple and our waitress was outstanding. This is our second year going there to enjoy Valentines Day.
