   We have been going to this white castle for several years for Valentine’s Day and everything has been always exceptional until this year. This was the most disappointing day as the order was incorrect as my husband ordered no onions on his sliders they were loaded with them, french fries and onion rings were lukewarm at best and the drinks were watered down. We got no menu although we saw several of them on the other tables the people had left from, but we knew what we wanted. As we were eating, we were the last reservation, the server was taking the table cloths off and any decorations, on all the tables around us, we were given no napkins, and there were none at the kiosk by the drink machine so I had to go ask for them at the counter. It makes us wonder if we should continue our tradition of going to white castle for Valentine’s Day as it was very disappointing.

   We celebrate Valentines Day at a White Castle location. This year’s experience was a tad different. While the store was decorated so nicely for the holiday the waitresses serving were delightful, unfortunately we waited 1 hour-yes 1 hour for our food. With a hungry 2 year old it lead to an unpleasant experience. Tempted to leave after waiting 50 min, we were informed that our food would be out shortly. Once the food came, it was cold and the order was slightly incorrect -no fries with the 2 meals we ordered. Not sure this location was prepared or had the kitchen staff to run a drive thru and tables in the dining room. Hope they can figure it out for next year!

   Wanted to do something cute and fun on Valentine's Day. So I had heard about their lovers slider day. With the virus I get not going inside for the real ambiance. That was bummer, but we made do and went out in the snow to to the car shop. Thanks White Castle.

   Not for valentine's day. I had reservations for 8 PM and there was a hour to hour and a half wait for food.

    You reserved too many people at one time!!!! Management did a great job in taking care of customers. It just wasn't fair that so many were booked at same time. I don't think you took into account that people linger, that kids eat slower and customers may want seconds. Thank God the employees did an outstanding job handling everything. The decorations were awesome. Next year easy on bookings ok.
