My husband and I always look forward to our Valentine's dinner at White Castle. They decorate the dining room so cute. I think the workers get as much of a kick out of as we do. It is a fun time.

The service was great despite how busy they were! everyone was working very hard to satisfy their customers. everyone was pleasant and friendly!

There were 3 employees working on a holiday that was completely booked with reservations. It took them over an hour to bring our drinks to us and even longer to get our food. We were told that we would receive a good discount for our extremely long wait. We got $6 off our bill when it should have been free at that point. We had fun when we did this Valentine's experience at a different location in 2019 but because of this awful experience we will probably never do it again.

I just love my Valentine Dinner at your place. I think the workers get as much as a kit out of as we do. It is just always a fun time. Kathleen does a great job of running everything. The food at the Maplewood, Mo place is always very good thru out the year every time we go, but always taste even better on Valentine's Day. I would like to thank all the servers and cook at the Maplewood store for doing such a great job.

It was my first Valentines experience. I brought my Valentine, my 17 year old terrier mix. The ladies taking the orders were fabulous. It was so much fun!

We go to this White Castle all year long, however the best day is Valentine's Day. The employees treat us to great dinner, They really go all out to make this dinner special. Kathleen and her crew makes this a fun night.

None of the food was hot but server was nice. Was busy so I guess I’ll blame poor quality and lack of hot food on that.
