We went on Valentine's day and made reservations thru open table. We had a table of 6 and the restaurant could not accommodate our size party. Our group had to sit at separate tables. During this event they are supposed to wait on you, but it was a typical white castle experience where you fend for yourself in the dining area. The only difference between the Valentine's day reservation and showing up any other day was having red table clothes and a battery operated candle on the table. This location is obviously not set up for anything else besides fast food service. But at the end of the day, it's just your typical white castle.

My Experience for Valentine's Day was Awesome......I came there with my significant other and another couple. I was dressed in my Valentine Heart suit...and all the patrons..and children went nuts....I had a ball and so did they. I would love to work in your store next year for Valentine's Day..and serve food and fun!!!!!I would be willing to take the day off from my job as a Branch Mgr. at Jefferson County federal Credit Union. (Just so you know I served as a server for well over 15 years...and I loved every moment of it.) It would be my pleasure.....Please consider hiring me .......It was a ball.....Thanks

I get that employees aren't used to providing table service, but this was pretty bad. We didn't get everything we ordered on top of waiting g forever with two other occupied tables. The woman was nice, though.
