Good food...we just go once a year for Valentine's Day. This year was drive in due to COVID, which was fine. They offered us the option of ordering on the app to save a buck or so and we opted to do so. The app was troublesome (issue on it's own), but then apparently there was an issue with the kitchen staff not seeing our order. The outside car hop staff were really nice and apologetic though and offered us a complimentary food - we asked for a complimentary dessert and they obliged. However, after all was said and done (over an hour wait), we took our food home and one of our sides was missing. We still had plenty of food, which was tasty, and we appreciated the gesture of the free dessert. Was kind of a disappointing experience though. But what can ya do...it's White Castle, not a steak house lol.
