We got there 20 mins before our reservation time. There were 4 couples in front of us. We were waiting in line when the manager said to everyone “it doesn’t matter if you have reservations, everyone is going to have to wait and it’s first come first serve”. After that was said we walked out and went through the drive-through. Very unorganized and unprofessional. While waiting in the drive-through the manager came out and followed a customer to their car accusing them of not paying but they did. Horrible experience for sure.

Despite receiving confirmation calls and texts, the location was closed! Closed without any notification. It put quite a damper on our Valentine’s Day.

My girlfriend and I went with two of our friends for the Valentine’s Day event they have every year. Reservations were for 745pm. Didn’t get seated until 810pm. After we were seated we waited 40 mins just to have menus brought to us. Once we had them everything was fine-but it seemed like disorganized chaos for the first hour we were there. The food was good, and the idea of White Castle Valentine’s Day dinner is unique. Well just never do it again at this location.

I'm a huge Sliders fan & this was our 2nd Valentine's Day at W.C. Seemed like they needed more servers to help move things faster. Waited long time for seating. Wife liked seeing breakfast menu too.

The service for Valentine’s Day event thing has gone downhill we were in the for about 2 hours just eat to eat, waited almost an hour never got a menu until I had to go up to the front desk and tell them that I need to be waited on, some people got there half an hour AFTER us and they got there food ordered before we did. It was like we were in a dead zone they never saw us won’t be going to that place again at least not on v-day
