The decorations were sad, the tables were dirty. The paper menus weren’t even changed between guests and they were dirty. Didn’t expect a 5star experience at White Castle to begin with, but they could’ve tried a little harder.

My experience was horrible I ordered and they brought me the wrong food four times I just had to pack up and leave. I’ve been going to White Castle for Valentine’s Day since my son was six years old and he’s 16 now worst service and all these years. Kenosha wi very disappointed.

Dee had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine's Day. The staff was amazing and friendly. We met wonderful families there. Thanks again!!

Granted it was Valentines Day we waited to be seated for about 30 min. Our name was crossed off the reservation list but quickly forgotten as others were seated before us and they arrived after us. There was a bingo game on the table but it was unplayable as there was NO caller. We waited for food for one hour. It was lukewarm at best. Too many walk ins at the counter whose orders were huge, they got their food first, the drive thru was fed next then us folks at the tables. Overall disappointing since this is fast food who spends an hour and a half getting fast food? They tried but grossly understaffed and disorganized compared to other V day we have been doing this exact thing since 1995. We will give grace and try again next year. Thank you

Disorganized, they didn’t know who was checked in vs who was waiting to just order foot takeout. The food to order and to deliver to table was very slow and disorganized

This is really an annual novelty. Keep that in mind. This isn't what they do day-in and day-out. Don't go in with expectations of a 4-star restaurant. There's going to be waits (to be seated, to take your order, to get your food). The service isn't going to be great. It's meant to be a fun experience to get a good laugh, take a few selfies to post to social media, eat some delicious White Castle and move on. If you want an actual romantic Valentine's dinner, go elsewhere. Don't take it out on the staff that it wasn't up to your expectations. We've been doing this for over 10 years and always have a blast. A little disappointed this year at the decor (lack thereof) but we still very much enjoyed our time. In years past they've closed the dining room to those without a reservation, dimmed the lights, and had a few more "servers". None of that this year but again, roll with it and have fun!

We reserved a table for the White Castle Valentine's day experience. We thought it would be a fun, novel experience as we love White Castle. Upon arriving at our reservation time, we got a table. They had pink take clothes with heart bingo cards (that had no instruction or caller - useless) and printed menus. It was cute, what you would expect. The waiters were dressed up and friendly. We ordered and got a drinks but that was it. We were there over an hour and never got our food. Tables that sat after us got their food and we overheard the tables around us getting their orders screwed up. Meanwhile, the drive thru was open and they were knocking out those orders right away. It appeared that our waiter was assigned to cook and we never saw him again. We left after the hour, leaving money on the table for the two drinks. It was a fun idea but executed horribly. We got a babysitter so we could go out and didn't even eat. My advice is that if you're going to advertise for this, make sure you have enough staff or shut down the drive thru and focus on the event. We love White Castle and will be back through the drive thru but we will not do this Valentine's day reservation event again.

Keeping the Valentines tradition going was a challange for White Castle. They stepped up met the challange head on. Even with it being the coldest Valentine Day on record the service from the car hop was beyond excellent. The printed menus and Valentine cards were an added bouns. And as usual the sliders were terrifiac. Thank you to the staff at the Kenosha White Castle. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
