It was crowded and they didn't honor reservations. Definitely won't go back to this location for Valentine's Day

I’ve been doing the Valentine’s Day reservations since it started and I’m always satisfied. We missed being there during COVID but you guys always compensated. Last year we were given a gift card and we did the parking lot experience the other year. We always look forward and enjoy it. We absolutely love White Castle.

The "LoveCastle was all decked out for St.Valentine's Day and our server was phenomenal. Our table looked very nice, also.

OMG this year’s Valentine’s Day dinner was great!! Karina was the best! I didn’t catch the manager’s name but she was fantastic!!!

Our Server was phenomenal!!! This is our 3rd year having Valentine's day at this location & they've made it a great experience every time. Even with the adjusted pandemic restrictions they made it cute & fun. Our Server had to brave the cold snowy conditions to bring everything out to us & did so with a smile each time.

I have recommended this experience to anyone who'll listen. My kids and I have been doing this for almost 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The hostess/waitress was very nice. Our food arrived almost immediately and was hot and fresh. Even though it is a fast food place, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. They do take reservations seriously. If you don't have one, you will not be able to dine-in on that day, which is fair.
