    Being retired we have done the romantic dinners with flowers and candle light, so this was just a fun change of pace. The staff went all out to ensure that our evening was enjoyable. From being greeted at the door and being shown to our table to the red and pink tablecloths the ambiance was just right for these two seniors date night.

    Not for Valentine's Day. They overbooked their dining room, and while the staff tried their best, there simply wasn't enough of them.

    I visited this location on Valentine's Day with my husband. Knowing that White Castle isn't normally a full scale sit-down restaurant, I walked in with a very open mind about the quality and service that we were going to get for the Valentine's promotion. When we walked in, we were asked if we had a reservation, but the server didn't check any kind of list or system to verify. We were led to a table-for-two and given Valentine's-themed menus. The dining room was very busy at 6:45 p.m. and there seemed to be only two servers taking orders and dropping off food. I noticed that there was at least one very large group who took up most of the tables and kept ordering food. This group likely caused the delay for other guests to order and receive their food. The meals/items on the Valentine's menu were the same descriptions and prices as the normal menu - totally fine, but it would have been nice to see a special for the holiday. My husband and I received our meals relatively quickly, but only after another served tried to give us someone else's order. After we received our meals, we noticed that couples and smaller groups who came in after us had to wait 15-20 minutes for a table. A few people were very outspoken about having to wait and ended up ordering food to-go at the counter. The servers were apologetic, but also seemed frazzled. All in all, I'm glad that we had the White Castle-Valentine's Day experience. The staff at White Castle seemed to be struggling with the table service, but again, I wonder if there was confusion about reservations, i.e. overlapping time frames, walk-ins, etc.

    They just need to find a smoother system for the dining so tr he customers aren't waiting over a hour for food. Everything else was great

    We reserved a table for their Valentine's Day promotion. It seemed like a cornball idea, but, we had a wonderful time. The manager greeted us right away, seated us and took our drink order (Diet Pepsi). A very polite young lady took our order, printed on a menu, which arrived very quickly. Table cloth, centerpiece and a small box of chocolates for my wife complemented this wonderful and campy meal.

    We walked into WC for valentines dinner. Walked to the counter, waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged, finally someone asked “what we need” and I said we had a reservation. Oh, u can sit anywhere. Didn’t ask our name or anything. Why the hell did I need a reservation? So we sit. And wait. One girl was taking orders and running them out. One girl was waiting on everyone who made reservations for Valentines. For something that is advertised to be a pretty big deal, I didn’t understand that. 4-5 employees were on the line, talking. No one in the drive thru. No one helping the girl who is running like a crazy person. The table next to us got their order taken 15 minutes after we seated ourselves. Another 5 minutes went by and we still weren’t approached, we just watched the people in the back chatting it up. So I told my husband to get out of there. As much as I hated to give WC my money, I still wanted to eat there. We went through the drive thru. We had our food before the people who were seated next to us. Oh and the decorations looked as tho someone ran to dollar tree. No cloth tablecloths or centerpieces on tables. Total disappointment.

    We had a table reserved but were told to sit anywhere. One young lady was trying to wait on tables by herself. Service was slow and not very organized. Had to get own drink refills, missing fries with my combo,had to ask for the check. No one was cleaning tables. Food was hot and fresh. This location needed more help for a special dinner service.
