Valentines Day dinner... First and foremost, we enjoy White Castle sliders. Last year was a little disappointed with overall service and food. This year, the manager went above and beyond and brought in some highly qualified table staff. Service was by far the best we have ever experienced at a White Castle Valentine Dinner... Keep up the good work We understand that White Castle only offers table service this one day a year, and when you suddenly are expected to do something you have not been trained for, it can be difficult. Friday night, everyone working that night worked their behinds off and did White Castle proud. We will diffently see you next year

That was a first, and will not be the last. A great experience put together by the staff complete with real menus, tablecloths, candles, flowers and a gift bag.

We went to this location for Valentine's day. The dine in area was closed for reservations. They decorated for valentine's and even adorned each table with a lit tea candle. Service was amazing! Hot crispy fries and sliders right off the griddle🤤 Thank you so much for a great valentine's experience!

Have heard about this Valentines tradition for years but this was our first time trying it. They do an awesome job; tablecloths, candles, flowers and even a special menu item and box just for the day. The table service was fantastic. So many cute touches; yet so many reminders that you are at While Castle which just adds to the campy fun of it all. If you are looking for a quirky, different kind of Valentines celebration this is definitely it! Only marked the food down a star because we asked for no cheese and got it anyways. Big deal, they were working hard and made the evening special, kudos to the castle crew! We will be back

We went there thinking that we were eating inside as this part of Illinois had been moved to tier 4. Mistaken. Dined in the car...White Castle employee was superb but still very disappointed. It was a special anniversary for us.

Unfortunately we never ate. They had one server who was overwhelmed. They took our order and brought us our drinks After sitting with a soda and getting hit on the head by a kid sitting behind us (who was eating and throwing McDonalds the parents brought him before arriving) for an hour we went to the manager to pay for our drinks. He found our ticket at the bottom of a pile of papers. We tried to be patient. But, an hour ignored is excessive.
