It was very nice. The food was hot and fresh. We had a very memorable time of Valentines day.

Did not have enough chairs for my party. One of my children had to stand the whole time and they were out of some of the foods, but service was not bad and the ambiance was really nice.

Maybe this was the first yeat for them to host Valentine's day. The tables and restaurant were dirty. The decor and table service was subpar. This was our first year at this location, which is closer to home. Next year we will drive to our usual location, it will be well worth the 20 minute drive.

Very unorganized. Had to wait outside the store ( door was locked) in the cold for someone to let us in. Then the person who let us in, left us standing at the front for 10 minutes until someone else noticed us and told us to have a seat. Not very impressed.

It was almost what we expected for Valentine’s Day! I was disappointed on the decorations. I feel if they put some effort into making the environment really special it could really be a cool thing! However the decorations looked really cheap and not much care was put into it. I’m pretty sure the reused the dollar store plastic table cloths and they didn’t even bother o cut them to fit the tables. It was good for the kids though! The food was good for White Castle standards ... with the expected aftermath. The waiter was super nice and professional - especially considering this is not his normal thing! They did lock the lobby to the general public - however it was also locked for us with reservations. No one was watching the door so I’m pretty sure 90 percent of the people who arrived walked back and forth trying to get in and banged on door to get noticed. Overall - I was expecting more and will not be participating in a White Castle Valentine’s Day again. It’s cool to say we been there; tried that. It will also be a while until we eat at any White Castle in general - for the whole family’s indigestion was funny.... yet unpleasant at the same time.

Dirty plastic tablecloths were used all night. Service was lacking. Smoothie tasted almost fermented.

This is the second year our family has gone her on Valentine's Day. The grandbabies love it and it has become a new tradition. Grandpa, Grandma, Dad, Mom, and granddaughters.

We went there for Valentine’s Day, after 30 years of marriage I was looking for something different to do, we went to White Castle and had a good time and will do it again next year, the service was great, Thank You
