The food was delicious and the service was fun due to the Valentine’s Day experience. Everything was very clean and the server was pleasant.

Valentine's Day dinner at White Castle is always a blast and I'm so glad they brought it back! The staff was awesome and even though reservations and table service aren't their norm, they crushed it.

Ate here for valentine's day. My husband and I had a wonderful time! Will definitely do it again next year! Everyone made it such an adorable and wonderful experience! The dining area was super cute!

Had a nice dinner for Valentine's Day at White Castle. Our server was very attentive and made our time very special. Something fun and different to do on Valentines.

So fun!! Carhop experience was super cute and quick! Still love the indoor Valentine’s Day experience but this was fantastic during Covid. Thank you for a fun date with my husband of 30 years!

Making a reservation means nothing. We didn’t get a table and therefore left to go somewhere else

Came in for Valentines Day. It was a mess. It was not that busy but the tables were dirty and the service was awful. The food was cold and expensive for what it was. I was so disappointed as ive been to this before and loved it. They brought ice cream out when the food came out as well which in turn melted. The worst was...we felt like an inconvenience. It saddened me.

The was the first time we were going to enjoy a White Castle Valentine dinner. We never got the chance. Our reservation was for 5:45. We arrived at 5:40. At 6:20, we still had not been seated. We left when the manager said she would just start seating "whoever was standing closest to her." I guess it didn't matter that EVERYONE standing next to her had arrived AFTER us. A couple that arrived before us were seated where we could see them. They never even got a glass of water. They left after 25 minutes. It was obvious they didn't have enough staff scheduled. The manager was trying to do everything, and as a result, did nothing efficiently. Worst experience ever. Will never do this again.
