Valentine’s Day was horrible, female managers were not organized or capable of running a closed dinning room event such as this let alone the drive through. we politely waited an hour while making online order at another restaurant for pickup. good conversation with our fellow diners who also were without food or drinks. when we left so did another 4-5 tables. such a shame for a simple event. incompetent female managers keeping the stereotype alive and well.

We had gotten there 10 minutes before our time was supposed to start. They had the doors locked to where nobody could come in and even though you knocked on the door, nobody would come to the door to let you in once we finally got seated we sat around for 45 minutes and nobody still came to get our order or anything even our drinks. After we sat there for about 45 minutes, we noticed that the people that came in after us had gotten their food and even been able to eat and leave by the time we decided to leave they only had two staff members due in the floor and two staff members cooking The servers/management didn’t really care to acknowledge hardly anyone will not be returning

Once we were inside we had a great experience! However we were made to wait outdoors for about ten minutes before being let in the restaurant. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and stood outside for six or seven minutes after our 7:30 reservation.

Was not special was not as good last year. Decoration was not good, food service lower and service lower as last year.

We have done this several years and this year was the most unorganized so far. It was nice but not as nice as in the past

Our Valentine’s Day at White Castle was magical! Being served at the table by energetic staff dressed in Valentine’s Day gear made the night even more special. This will become our new V-Day tradition!

We always spend Valentine’s Day at White Castle! Tablecloths, candles, balloons and candy decorate the tables!

We dined here as a family for Valentine’s Day and we loved it! The decor was adorable and the employees were over the top exceptional. New family tradition ❤️
