Once we were inside we had a great experience! However we were made to wait outdoors for about ten minutes before being let in the restaurant. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation and stood outside for six or seven minutes after our 7:30 reservation.

Was not special was not as good last year. Decoration was not good, food service lower and service lower as last year.

We have done this several years and this year was the most unorganized so far. It was nice but not as nice as in the past

Our Valentine’s Day at White Castle was magical! Being served at the table by energetic staff dressed in Valentine’s Day gear made the night even more special. This will become our new V-Day tradition!

We dined here as a family for Valentine’s Day and we loved it! The decor was adorable and the employees were over the top exceptional. New family tradition ❤️

This was our third year celebrating Valentine's at White Castle. It's a perfect way for a family with children to include them, without breaking the bank or disturbing others. They even had some goodies for the kids as well! There was also a photo area if that's your thing, and they also included a dessert! I recommend it to anyone. Our server Kelsey was absolutely lovely ❤️ They decorate as well! Tablecloths, flowers, candies and balloons. Things of that nature. It's really cute.
