The staff at this Covington White Castle fully embraced their transformation into the Love Castle. And, they were detailed-oriented enough to see my note about my being Vegetarian and had Impossible sliders available for me. That evening, we received better service than we have at some full-service restaurants. Thank you for your heart and warmth, White Castle!

The workers on Valentine’s Day were all super nice, friendly and worked hard to make sure we had a great experience! We had three children with us and they catered to them. We will definitely go back!

Valentine's Day at the Castle of Love is an annual for us. The decorations, tablecloths, heart plates and atmosphere bring smiles when you walk in the door. The candy kisses, heart designed menu and valentine cards on our table were a treat. They always adapt their food to our little ones' picky requests. Larry, the mgr was very attentive to everything. He had added a table and had folding chairs in the corner if needed so every group could be seated together. We always leave with a big laugh and a "See you next year." Now why wouldn't we call this our much enjoyed Castle of Love on the day of the year that's for joyful hearts. Thanks again for this great tradition!

I surprised my boyfriend with reservations to WC on Valentine’s Day. We had the best time!! The restaurant was superbly decorated for the occasion and the team was friendly, excited and efficient. Quite honestly, the teams’ enthusiasm and positive attitude is what truly made this experience a great one (the manager was very personable and hospitable)! The food was great, the people were great and we can’t wait to do this again next year! We love White Castle Covington!

We love our annual Valentine visit. The restaurant is decorated and the menus are printed exclusively for Valentines day. Th staff was very accommodating and nice.

The food and the service was excellent. The staff was courteous and provided fast service. The manager was very friendly and made everyone feel welcome. We will be back for certain.
