We went for the Valentine’s Day event, something quirky and for the whole family. Of course, the food, as always, was great. Staff was amazing. We had fun from the time we arrived until we left. The people there make the difference. Also appreciated that they could accommodate a member of our party with food allergies. They even keep a separate grill just to isolate. Thoughtful, because everyone needs a slider now and then.

The food was excellent, and the service was friendly and accommodating. This was my first Love Castle experience, and it definitely won't be the last.

Everyone knows White Castle is amazing but Valentine’s Day is so special - the staff was amazing, and it is such a memorable experience!!

We love this tradition. My family has been coming here for Valentine’s Day for years and during the small hiatus we had to take while we lived in Cleveland, we really missed it! Everyone works so hard while you’re there to make sure you are having a good time. We just love it!

Overall, everything was good. the only factor was that they never got our reservation. I had to show them my email confirmation and my text about our reservation

We love celebrating Valentines Day at White Castle! It was perfect! We were quickly greeted, quickly served and the food was delicious! All of the added touches made it even more fun! This has been my family’s tradition since it began and this year, even with all of the precautions, it did not disappoint!
