Our waitress was so sweet! She said she was so overwhelmed but she and her coworkers did a great job! It was our first time and I would definitely do this again!

Fine dining it was not, but Valentine’s Day at White Castle is something to experience. The food was classic WC, the ambience was interesting and our server was awesome. I would recommend trying it at least once.

It was very interesting to see the different people in their outfits. The hostess/server was excellent and was dresses for the occasion. It was a fun evening. Hope you do again next year!!!

Would not recommend this location for Valentine's Day. The service was awful. She took over 15 minutes to even acknowledge us, and an hour to get our food. I realize they are not used to waiting on tables, but our server acted like she didn't want to be bothered with anyone. She spent more time in the kitchen chatting with other works than paying attention to the tables. It was a horrible experience. The only good thing was the food itself.

We came out for Valentine's Day!!Tge soft jazz in the background made for a beautiful white castle experience. I loved the dress of the server/host. Just a ton of fun!!

As soon as we were seated for Valentine’s Day they took our drink orders then 35 min later had to ask to get my food ordered while waiting ppl were walking out because the employees Unattenative the waitress knew we needed our order taking because the manager told her we needed it right after we got our drinks, then had to ask three times for a bag just to take the food to go overall it was a horrible experience I believed for the Valentine’s Day experience the employees would take pride in there work for one day that they had to actually serve table side. Not sure if it was just the location, the staff, or wat but this was truly a horrible time side note lately the red pop has been tasting watered down
