I was not expecting this type of service, but when my wife and I arrived your entire staff treated us like gold. We had an incredible evening there. Thank u so much.

The Valentines Dinner was so special, this was something I always wanted to do but never could get a reservation. I didn't know they waited on you at the table. Had a special menu. They had the whole place decorated very nice. It was a remarkable experience I highly recommend it for anyone. It was a lot of fun.

Great experience! My date & I had an awesome time! So fun! We were greeted by a sweet hostess inside the White Castle It was decorated with hearts & flowers in the dining room Our table was lovely and our server was so nice! Pretty placemat in Valentines theme had food combos and specials to order! Hot food came quickly on special plates so sweet! They even gave out W castle Valentines! Great for kids & adults! I'll do this again! Thanks so much!

It was a fun, novel Valentine's Day experience. Unfortunately, the service was lacking severely. We arrived exactly at our reservation time and were seated right away. There were only 2 people working as servers, and one was doing all the work while the other stood around looking bored the majority of the time. 45 min later we got our food, after waiting 20 min to have our orders taken, and watching other people receive service despite showing up later than us. I cut the workers some slack because they're not in the hospitality industry per se/table service is not their regular line of work. But this White Castle would benefit from scheduling more people on the floor for an event such as this. Maybe it was just this location or management issue - either way, I'd suggest giving yourself 2 hours for this Val's Day dinner!

I waited for over 40 minutes for my food and never got it. I saw people getting their food left and right and I never did. People who came in 20 minutes after us had their food with in 4 minutes. Was my first time doing his and it was the worst.

The space was to small. The service was horrible. The manager was rude and loud about everything that bothered her. The food didnt taste the same as usual. The pop was flat. Tables cramped to eachother. Bathrooms were very dirty. Only one person was taking orders as well as checking customers in. The manager would help but ahe would be rude when doing so. This is my 3rd Valentines at a white castle but this was the worst. My fiancee and i even decided to just go somewhere else.

Booked for Valentine's Day for fun evening with daughter. The decor and service was cute and sincere. But sliders were cold and not correct order - it was fixed and then received hot burgers which were much better. The single server was pleasant and knowledgeable.

AMAZING!!!! Service was awesome, food was awesome.. we were a little disappointed they were out of sloppy Joe and mac bites.. but whatever we had a great experience.
