Made a reservation for Valentine’s Day, as it is now an eight year tradition. Reservation was at 5:30, we arrived at 5:15. Our drink order was taken and delivered, our food order was placed. We ordered two cheeseburgers, two Panko, fish sandwiches, One medium fish, nibblers, one order of fries. We watched numerous other tables come in and be filled, orders, taken, and food delivered. After 30 minutes, our waitress came over and said that our order would be the next one up. After 45 minutes, I went to the counter and asked where our food was. I was told our order should be up next. After watching people come in after us, place their orders, get their food, eat it, and eat, we waited for another 10 minutes. Our food never showed up, and we left. Will never, ever go to this location ever again. It has gone downhill in the last two years. They either need an entire new staff, or just close it. This is not up to white Castle standards.

We've been going to the White Castle Valentine dinner for years and it is always an enjoyable, if a bit silly, experience. The food was fresh, the servers were attentive and they had the restaurant wonderfully decorated. I recommend anyone try it out if their SO enjoys a bit a schmaltz in their Valentine's day.

Not a good experience. Terrible service, poor food quality. They seemed more concerned with the drive-thru than putting on a “nice” occasion. Harried service and barely-made burgers. Never again

Had a reservation for Valentine's Day at 9pm. As soon as we sat down, staff started tear down of all the decorations and table cloths. Was extremely noisy and totally ruined our annual tradition of eating at White Castle on Valentine's Day! Would it be too hard to wait 20 min for the last table to finish eating that had a reservation?

It's whitey's on valentines, what else would you expect? It's cheesy, perfect for the family, and overall just ridiculous enough to be good.

I always wanted to attend Valentine’s Day at white castles ! Loved the atmosphere . Staff was attentive to our needs asking for refills and the food was hot and fresh and fast despite the super long drive up line and amount of guests dining in .
