Hidden away on the beach with stunning panoramic waterfront views, Waves Restaurant offers an amazingly picturesque dining experience.
As a restaurant, it is just perfect for casual group meals, a romantic dinner for two or for a more elaborate wedding – for which they are very well known. Their interior has an easy, coastal feel with comfortable furniture, letting the ocean take centre stage. With glassed walls allowing the maximums views of the ocean in front of you, the feeling of dining by the sea is as real as it gets.
Their team of chefs have created a seasonal and mouth-watering menu that complements the relaxed, seaside feel of the venue. There are also delicious vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and a daily specials board. The wine list is also generous in its diversity with sulphate-free, organic wines available as well as delicious local and interstate wines. There is plenty of paid parking right outside their door and they are open 7 days for lunch &

Another lovely meal at the Waves on the Beach. We have been a few times and have had many of their fish dishes and they have all been very good. Their spiced cauliflower and spiced cauliflower are also good. Definitely worth the drive. The view from the restaurant is also worth the visit.

Beautiful food! Staff were lovely- attentive when they needed to be. We had a lovely table outside overlooking the beach. A lovely way to spend our anniversary.

Had a great dinner at Waves. Service was excellent and food lovely. Overlooking the beach was so pleasant, have been before many times and will definitely be back again.

Always great, freshly prepared food at reasonable prices with a wonderful view across the beach! A lovely spot to dine & take Overseas visitors to!

The location and lay out of the restaurant is excellent with great views of the beach. Menu very fulsome with lots of choice. Food excellent. Staff really attentive If there was only one place you eat in Frankston it has to be Waves on the Beach. Simply the best.

I shared my 50th birthday lunch with 5 friends so we had a table of 6 on the deck overlooking the beach. The weather was perfect. Food portions were generous and everything we ordered was tasty and delicious. Menu pricing satisfactory. This place is really a hidden gem in Frankston which provides great local food with staff very accommodating. This is my second time here and I will certainly visit again given it's a local for me and my family.
